Behind LAS Centrum Psychoterapii is a personal story, a mission, and a team of people who believe that healthy relationships begin with the relationship you have with yourself.

Like many of my patients, I experienced difficult relationships myself. Unhealthy patterns carried from childhood, a lack of self-acceptance, recurring conflicts in adult life. Working on myself made me realize that the source of the problem was a deep disconnection from my own body, emotions, and needs, caused by patterns formed in childhood.
Today I help others, because I know how much relief comes from freeing yourself from old patterns and learning a healthier, more authentic relationship, both with others and with yourself.
I'm a certified psychologist (MA, SWPS University in Warsaw). I've completed numerous postgraduate courses in trauma treatment, including a program at the Trauma Research Foundation led by Bessel van der Kolk, and training in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté. I'm currently continuing a four-year training in integrative psychotherapy.
Out of a desire to help, show compassion, and educate, I started the profile @psychesandra, where I share knowledge about mental health and support people through difficulties. The profile is now followed by over 40,000 people in Poland. Many people wrote to me asking for individual therapy, but my calendar was always full. So I decided to expand and open the LAS psychotherapy center.
I didn't want random therapists. Every specialist goes through a rigorous recruitment process. They must be in their own long-term therapy, to understand themselves well, and in active supervision. I choose only the best, who work in a similar or complementary methodology, so we can help patients holistically.
LAS is more than a name. It's a philosophy. We believe everyone is looking for love and connection. Relationships are the source of our greatest struggles, but also the path to peace and happiness. That's why our work is built entirely around relationship: with yourself, with your therapist, with your partner, and with others.
We don't treat symptoms in isolation from context. We look at every problem through the lens of relationships, because that's where we're shaped, hurt, and healed.
We don't limit ourselves to one therapeutic modality. We adapt our methods and approach to you, not the other way around. What matters is what works.
Our specialists have years of clinical experience and their own therapeutic development. They work under ongoing supervision.
Each of our specialists brings unique experience and approach. Together we create a space where you can feel safe.
